Do not send your recovery phrase or private key in a message, email, support chat, or form. Anyone who asks for one is asking for control of your wallet.
Three simple safety rules
- Write it down offline.Paper stored somewhere private is safer than screenshots, notes apps, or cloud storage.
- Keep two private copies.Store them separately so a single accident does not erase your access.
- Check every destination.Before sending crypto, confirm the network and address. Blockchain payments cannot normally be reversed.
